The room is very nice and so is the pool and hot tubs but the room beside us had a flood and the room was left open with towels on the floor sopping up the mess for 2 full days without any sign of maintenance. We came in Saturday but didn't get maid service until Monday. The ice machine in our building was out of order so we had to go to the main building and up to the 4th floor. There should be more than 2 ice machines in a hotel with this many rooms. The hotel is nicely located near the entrance to the village so it is quiet and convenient to get on the Gondola.It is much nicer than the Holiday Inn Express which is right next door.
Very nicely decorated rooms, perfect view of the village, very good staff and good amenities. Access to the cable cars is right next to it so you can just walk out and take it to the top of the village. Starbucks entrance is also from within. We really enjoyed our stay here. They upgraded us to a one bedroom suit which made it even better.
At tour des Voyageurs you are at the foot of everything you are right near a Starbucks and there is a pool and a hot tub which is a big plus. The room is okay you get a great view however I would not fully close the doors to the bathroom, my girlfriend almost got stuck because the door wouldn't open. Staff at the hotel where more than friendly and accommodating to all our needs. We're already thinking of the next trip we will take to Mont Tremblant
Excellent location at the bottom of the village close to the (free) telecabine. Check in was effortless but at 1pm room wasn't ready. Left number to be called back. We were only called almost at 6pm, by which time we were all already tired. Room was well appointed but decor is slightly dated, but reasonably clean (save for a potato chip under the sofa from some previous guest). Room was also quite cold on arrival (in summer). During the night, the baseboard heating came on and the bedroom got very hot. Then, the window would not open and the AC (blowing at same time as baseboard heater was on) could not cool it enough. After some serious pushing the window finally opened to reveal one of its supports has been broken for some time. The stay included unlimited passes for the panoramic gondola which was really good value. Staff was nice and welcoming and check out was effortless. Parking is available on site underground at $15/day which is on par with cost of other parking lots (both overground and underground) Overall I'd go back. Recommended.
Our original hotel was full so they moved us to this one. It was incredible! The service was amazing at all times, i had my own apartment room. Really great hotel better then marriott
