Great location, in the center of the action but off to the side. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Only issue is the check in time 4:30 pm. But I guess its a long weekend thing and being at capacity there are some pain points. But the most important thing is opening the door and feeling as comfortable as at home. Great place.
Let me start by saying that the hotel is really nice and so the location. The reason for giving it only one star is due to the customer service and the way they treat customers. We stayed their for two nights and on the very first night we realized that the Air conditioner of the room was not working to which I complained and the answer given to me was ridiculous " You can open the windows, it will solve your problem" I had two kids living in that room along with four adults but they give a damn about it. Later again, when we requested to have a look at it they did came but was not able to solve problem and without leaving any note left away. The second day I complained about the same and also that the washing dryer was not working as well to which they responded me that they will get back to me which they never did. While I was leaving, I requested their staff to let us speak to the manager but since she was busy they told me that a call will be given to me later on that day. After waiting for her call for 2 days I called her back and instead being apologetic she gave a damn about what we went through and said that everything was working fine and started yelling. I have never come across a manager like that. If the manager of a hotel is not trained properly then what should we expect from the employees trained by her.
My friends and I have stayed here twice, both times during Ironman Mont Tremblant. Yes, there are many choices for accommodation but we are sold on this resort. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful views, location location location! We loved being able to jump on the gondola to go to the resort or top of mountain. We like being at the top of the resort with easy walking access to all the restaurants, coffee shops, or shops. We'll happily stay here again.
Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, prompt response from the front desk and other service departments. Not my first time there and definitely not my last. Plan on staying there again for ironman weekend.
Supposedly check in is at 4:00 pm as per their website. I arrived at 4:00 and there was no room ready for us. Had to wait until 4:30 :(Otherwise had a very pleasant experience. Rooms are clean and big. Awesome pool and in very good area
