Comfortable stay, great staff and only 15 minutes away from family rafting in Arundel and 5 minutes from downtown st jovite . Super
I stayed in one of the newly renovated suites and it was beautiful, there is like a 55 inch tv , the bed was so comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful and even the breakfast was good. The pool area had no supervision, hot tub had this yellow foam and smelt of urine and poo wife got rash all over her back and some kids had diapers on and were running, jumping in pool while splashing other guests. so no pool on our stay.
Hotel room was great and it was all inclusive. Generous with their towels and services were all available. Some of the staff was difficult to talk to and seemed too nonchalant. Otherwise a nice stay near Mont Tremblant
This was our third stay at this hotel. We used packages they offer on Facebook and all in all we were satisfied. the only thing is during each of our stays something was missing for example the first time the outdoor pool was unavailable this time the indoor pool was unavailable understandably they are going under renovation but it is a little frustrating to drive 2 hours and then find out one of the features you look forward to isnt available. And when you bring it up to the attention of the staff they basically shrug it off. They told us that they are implementing a loyalty system which is way overdue because us going the third time we paid the same price as a first-time guest. That being said a very cozy and clean Hotel.
The location of the hotel to Mont Tremblant was great. Only a 20 minute drive to every thing in the area. The rooms were clean and they're was plenty of things to have for breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately we had an issue with a breaker being turned off for half of it room, which they fixed after we called it in. Then the shower had a couple of issues. Most of which could be fixed before a guest takes possession of the room.
