Great staff. Easy to get help from. Nice rooms, everything very good. Suggest to retrain the cleaners. The fine details of the room need to be addressed.Hair behind bathroom doors, slight mould in showers etc. Needs to be properly cleaned considering the price of the rooms. Otherwise great place.
We had a terrible experience here. On arrival to our Suite, we noticed used underwear on the floor that wasn't picked up by the previous guests. When this was communicated to the management, they were doubtful about this.Next, we had an issue with the chimney and due to smokiness in the room we weren't able to breath well and stay in the room. The management was not helpful at all and said that they don't have any other room to move us to. I decided to check out that same day without using the facilities. When I spoke to the manager the next day about this, they refused to refund any portion, and the manager was condescending and doubting that I actually wanted to stay further in the hotel. Overall terrible experience, I do not recommend this place.
Clean rooms. We had a kitchen and living room. Great for a couple of people. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was pretty good too.
Great room. The loft was awesome. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Right in the middle of everything. Short walk to Starbucks and the lift that takes you up the hill to the center of the resort. I loved it.
Great layout for our family of 6: master bedroom on the main floor and 2 double beds upstairs in the loft. Nice breakfast included. Conveniently located at the base of the mountain. Take the complimentary gondola if you're too lazy to walk up to mountain. Would definitely stay here again.
