Very nice hotel! Good views! Need some works on pavements. Nice rooms. A little vit dusty on tables. Clean washroom. Very friendly staffs. Highly recommend.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The units are nice but a bit dated. They do have everything you need and the location is nice. We had deer walking around in the backyard. Our unit did get very warm and being on the lower level, I did not feel comfortable leaving a window or the patio door open. The ceiling fan was definitely the hero here. Excellent wifi, each unit has its own dedicated router, so it makes for a constant, strong signal. We went to one of the three pools and it was very nice. It had two staff members, who were very nice and accommodating. The check in staff was great as well. Its very close to the village and also close to many other activities.
We stayed at Cap Tremblant July 14 to July 17. The chalet is clean and nice a bit old, but has been maintained very well. We were not provided with a lot of instructions on where everything is kept in the chalet itself. The balcony is great, we had a view of the lake. It was a very hot and sunny few days and we the table on the balcony did not have an umbrella and we couldn't find one in the chalet so couldn't sit out on the balcony till the evening hours.The pool associated with our section was closed due to a lack of life guards , so the other 2 pools were very busy due to this closure of one.Over all a lovely place.My main issue is that the units do not have AC and it was a very hot and humid few days, so that is a let down for such a lovely place.
The rooms rented are like townhouses complete with a kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and a living room. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and the accommodations are very clean. This is a great place to bring family or a big group of friends. I would recommend coming here and there are fun activities nearby like kayaking and ziplining.
We stayed at the Cape Tremblant in Aug/2018 and enjoyed our stay except for a rude incident at the slide pool.The pool steward Martin, is rude to say the least. When we checked into the pool we were not informed that food was not permitted.So after a nice swim my wife gave my two toddlers a banana. Martin the pool steward came and told my wife to take the food right out of here right now. He was yelling at my wife that my kids were startled. My wife calmly explained that she was not aware that food was not permitted to which Martin replied that she fully knew and thought she could get a way with it. Really! Get away with eating at the pool? We did not know we were not allowed to eat at the pool and trying to get away with it was not our intent. Apparently during check-in the pool steward was supposed to explain the rules but he was distracted and never explained it to us, so we did not know.To summarized though we enjoyed the resort this incident left a sour note and the kids startled. The kids no longer wish to go to the slide pool because they were traumatized by this incident. Dont plan on visiting this resort again.
