I bought some flat pedals from this excellent store and forgot to take my clipless pedals with me. Then I went away for an extended period. I called almost 2 months later; "yes! Of course we have them!"That's customer service dammit!!Highly recommended; honest and professional. I couldn't be happier.
just stopped by here for a quick fix to my bike - they got to it right away and im good to go now. great shop, go here if you are in the area !
Busy, but we were served quickly. My wife's foldable bike was stuck in the travel case with a broken lock so we decided to rent one. Bike was nice , price was very fair. Upon return, the manager? (Phil) offered to try and have someone attempt to open her bike case. Great service since if successful, would mean less business for him. We rented from this place about 10 years ago and keep coming back. Had a small Cafe and plenty of "fuel" type foods.
The staff at Cybercycles are outstanding. They went above and beyond to fix my bike. My derailleur hanger broke while my bike was in transit. They went to St Adele to get the part and fixed it so it is set to go for the Ironman. They are absolutely fabulous.
High high end bike shop. Holy moly can u drop some cash on gear here. Decent espresso and great date squares. They have a full kitchen too
