Incroyablement mauvais service. Elle a premirement dit de lappeler pour discuter Mardi prochain, mais elle tait en vacances jusque a Jeudi. On a fait un rendez-vous Vendredi et elle ma dit quelle regarderait tout linformation prparer pour elle, et quelle nous contacterait Lundi. Pas dappel. Aprs que jai contacter pour voir si tout allait bien, elle ma dit quelle tait occupe, mais quelle appellerais Lundi prochain, et encore rien. Aprs tout a, jai crit un courriel pour lui dire que si elle ne voulait pas travailler pour nous, de nous laisser savoir et de nous donner nos documents. Elle a rpondu par courriel quon pouvait tre assurer que tout attention ncessaire tais donner . Mais finalement, elle ma appel, elle sest excuser pour le tout, et elle a dit quelle tait simplement plus occuper quelle aurait pens, mais que si je pouvais attendre un couple de semaines quelle pourrait commencer (alors elle avait menti quand elle a dit quelle avait donn tout attention ncessaire). Aprs deux semaines, je lui est contacterencore rien. Encore, elle dit quelle est trop occupe. Compltement ridicule. Elle a pris $150 pour un rendez-vous et nous a fait simplement perde du temps. Elle ne voulait pas nous donner notre argent quelle a pris pour rien. Nathalie Trottier est vraiment une mauvais advocate. Finalement, on a obtenu un autre avocat et ils sont fantastique. This lawyer was terrible. She not only failed on every claim that she would get back to us on certain dates (every single time); but when I finally emailed asking if she just doesnt want to do the work, she emailed back assuring me that she was taking all the time that my case deserved. When we later talked on the phone, it became apparent that this was a lie, as she then apologized for not getting back, but indicated that she had not anticipated being so busy when she took on the case, and obviously had not started on it. She then said that she would be free to start on the case in two weeks, but after two weeks we still heard nothing, despite emails. Finally, she indicated again being too busy. At this point, after wasting so much time (while we just purchased a house with serious problems, including holes in the roof), we decided to get another lawyer. This lawyer returned our documents, but did not return the $150 for our initial meeting which was completely useless. This is the worst lawyer that I have ever seen and a complete waste of time and money.However, we got another lawyer who is amazing. He is on the case quickly, intelligently, has professionals to send for inspections, etc. This is what I we would expect from any lawyer. I strongly recommend against hiring Nathalie Trottier. You will waste time and money when you most need assistance.
